BRAC, in collaboration with mPower, has set up an Emergency Management System (EMS) to act as a Help Center for pregnant women and mothers. Call center agents are available 24 hours to receive calls from households and direct their calls to relevant service centers or emergency services. This enables systematic tracking of emergencies created and accountability of response to crisis.
